Yes. Buyer’s Buddy online advisory support is available Australia-wide. Concierge Buyers Advocates is based in Melbourne, and some additional services requiring physical attendance, such as on-site inspections or on-site auction bidding, depend on the property location and availability.
Can you assess the location as well as the property?
Yes. A property cannot be assessed in isolation from its location. We consider factors such as the street and immediate pocket, surrounding development, transport and amenities, market depth, supply, comparable sales, buyer demand and future resale appeal. Where specialist building, planning or legal advice is required, we recommend obtaining advice from the appropriately qualified professional.
